There are two very similar signs for BE CAREFUL or PAY ATTENTION. The first sign is made with both hands that take the shape of B with palms facing half outwards and half to the sides. The hands move from the side of the head at eye level forward and to the sides. Meanwhile the head bends forward a little with eyes wide open. The second sign is made with both hands in the shape of B with fingers slightly apart. The hands are placed close to the sides of the forehead with palms facing each other. Then the hands move a little forward at the same head level and then back again, then forwards one more time.
